Scanned laptop yesterday and did scan of hardrive as recommended by AVG. Results are laptop does not work, screen freezes at repair 10%. Talked to customer service and they say I need to have Windows 8.1 reinstalled @ $199.00. The problem is caused by AVG and should be repaired at your cost not mine. I have been client for several years! Need resolved now! Thanks
