Repeat subscription

It seems that, and despite keep asking, AVG keeps renewing each year.  How can I prevent this?

The payment was taken as follows - 23/01/2018CARD PAYMENT TO AVG*AVG SUBSCRIPTION,46.99 GBP, RATE 1.00/GBP ON 20-01-2018

The thing is I have no order number and also didnt order anything.  I did purchase AVG some 2 years ago (2015) but it seems that I have been put on a subscription service since then and every year I challenge it, which following the correspondence previously it shouldn't be.  There is nothing registered in my AVG account that says I am or have a subscription yet it happened in the last two subsequent years.  I User-added imageshould not be on a subscription service and when  I explicitly said do not put me on the repeat subscription or repeat service.  Please remove me and refund my account, please.  Bank account Account number is 86371669 & sort code 09-01-27
