AVG Tune Up: Paid for a year - can log in, provide details of payment etc etc. But each time I try to open the program, it repeatedly says that " Your free trial has expired…" Have tried uninstalling, reinstalling etc etc but to no avail. Also tried the online help chat, but that failed when they asked for a screen shot - which I was unable to upload.
It's definitely Tune Down at the moment. Certainly won't bother with AVG products again but still have six months left on the subscription…
Any ideas? Please!
