I have not utilized the AVG service for the last three and half years. I no longer have that computer. Since then I have attempted to cancel the continued yearly subcription Billing charges. I have sent endless emails, written letters to the company, but without affect. Today, I receive an invoice that my subscription is being renewed. AVG has made it very difficult to cancel a simple subscription. It is a maze of different company locations to contact regarding what service package you are using. Every year they still continue to charge me for a service I don't use. Besides calling on the President or US Army, what can I do? AVG is very disappointing.
