Ok I give up...avg continues to bill me automatically. They do not answer the phone or chat help. I no longer have the computer it was installed on nor the email I used to set it up. I set up this account just to get access to this forum. Last year we ended up just going to our credit card to get refunded and this year they billed us again. We can’t seem to talk to anyone at avg...we don’t have our account info, email that we setup avg with and can’t speak to an actual person to get this company to stop stealing 70 bucks from us once a year. Any ideas?
