Repeated Firewall pop-up network sharing disabled/emabled

In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

I have just upgraded to Zen from 2014. I run Windows 7. Since upgrading, I have a repeated flag reporting the network file/printer sharing is disabled then another saying it is enabled and that AVG knows the Network Connection. I have tried to diasabled AVG firewall and start Windows Firewall, without any suceess. I have also manually turned off all network sharing. These flags still regularly show, sometimes continually, other times with seconds or minutes betweem occurences. Help please!!!
