Repeated logging of 'may be infected by unknown virus'

Having only recently got my my computer back in working order following the month long debacle that was Backdoor generic c AJZF, which resulted in me performing a factory restore, could someone please tell me if AVG is having more 'false positive' issues.

I have repeated loggings of 'may be infected by unknown virus' in c:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe(6140)

I can attach a screenshot if someone could explain how to attach it.
