I have had AVG Pro today keep telling me that I have only a few days left before I run out, but the thing was I had only recently paid for internet security and tune-up and so I went onto AVG site and onto contacts, which brought up their contact page and all I had to do was enter my information. The first time I tried, it seemed that I could only press the phone part of it. It was taking so long, I came off it and then this afternoon I had another go at it and this time, after entering the relevant information on their contact page, three parts at the bottom came up and so I chose email and was able to get a rep to help me and it worked and because I am not good at computers, especially when they go wrong, the rep was really, really good and found out that I hadn't installed my internet security and tune-up right and so he uninstalled my old one and re-installed my new one for me. He was so helpful and he managed it. You can get a rep to help you. Just go to their homepage and go onto contacts and fill in their form and wait until your turn comes up and a rep will talk you through.
Hi all, I renewed my AVG Premium (upgraded to Pro), downloaded (2015.0.5645), installed, logged in, etc but every few days I get a message telling me I need to renew my license of my protection is going to expire. The AVG Customer Support page's e-mail button never activates and the "Phone" button brought me here so I can't report this to them. Frankly I'm irritated by AVG not having customer support. However, has anyone experienced this problem and do you have a suggestion on how to solve it?
Thanks,
Jeff
