Repeated popup quarantine screen

I am using the free version of antivirus on a Windows 10 platform.

When I open my desktop I get a popup screen that says something to the effect that a virus called Evilcursor-b[trj] has been sent to quarantine.  I close the screen and it opens right back up again.  I had to close it 72 times this last time.  It took 12 times a couple of weeks ago and now it is up to 72. What do I need to do?  Thanks.

I went into the quarantine file and deleted each file.  It said this will delete the file from your pc.  When I finished the quarantine file was empty.  Now I wake up my computer and I have the pop up again and when I go to the quarantine file every hourly notification is back in it.  Did I do something wrong?

Here is the pop up. Thanks for helping out with this. User-added image

Sorry that wasn't clear do we'll try again. When I look at the quarantine log there is a quarantine exactly one hour apart. When I open my desktop I then get a pop up alerting me to the quarantine of each one since the last time I closed one of the pop ups. I have to close these one at a time, so if I haven't used this computer for a day I'll have to close 24 of these pop ups before I can continue. The free antivirus is catching and quarantine but is not stopping it from reinstalling itself. Which of your software packages will actually remove it?User-added image

William, please click on "see details" on AVG threat detection window and provide the screenshot of it.

Here is that screen. I also checked the quarantine file and it shows a new quarantine of this file every hour. I think each window I have to close is one of these quarantined files since the last time I was on the computer.

Appreciate your efforts in sharing us the snapshot, William. As it isn't clear & we're unable to find the component & process that is detected, would you be so kind to let us know about it or resend a clear image?
However, you can ensure that the program has the latest patches applied to it in the meantime. To do so : Open AVG Free - Click on refresh icon beside virus definitions at bottom right hand corner - Restart computer after successfully update.
