Repeating error message

I regret the inconvenience caused.
This is a known issue which was fixed and you shouldn't be experiencing. I'd like to confirm that this is just an user interface issue and the protection is not disabled.
I'd request to uninstall AVG Internet Security and reinstall it to resolve this issue.

Suddenly getting this error msg EVERY time I log on: Protection is disabled" I press FIX and restart as required, but next time I turn on the computer there it is again.  There is a ! over the AVG icon on the task bar.
