Replaced or broken devices in subscription?

I am using a multi-device subscription, I think there are devices linked that are broken and no longer accessible. I would like to be able to see which devices are linked and remove any devices that are no longer in use off my subscription to make way for new devices. As an example, I have 9 of 10 devices on my subscription. However, I have only 5 of 10 working devices actually using the subscription that I am aware of.
