Hello Avinash,
I tried to reply through the email you sent me but got it was from a no reply email so posting my reply now.
About the AVG virus protection software update, I found it showed it as 2014 to start with but changed to 2015 after. The 2015 version was what updated. Was just bringing to your attention that it showed the 2014 version ID, first then the 2015…not sure if that is a problem, was thinking yes, so raised it to be looked at at your end re updates that get sent. I have no problem with the software, laptop is running ok and updated ok to the 2015 version.
Also, was bringing to your attention that the terms and conditions that come up when you go to update and the AVG Fair Processing Notice are the same thing and they are both to be agreed on, it says, which means one would need to read both to agree on them and they are both the same thing…      Maybe this can be passed on to the appropriate department.

Sophia, please do not worry it is a version upgrade happened and it is completely fine. And regarding the AVG Fair processing notice, it is a part of AVG's EULA and it describes what data would be collected by AVG and about subscribing and unsubscribing for e-mail marketing.
