To unlock it please open the Registry Editor (https://support.microsoft.com/kb/136393) and edit following keys.

Windows 32-bit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AVG\AWL2015\Protection
Change value “Enabled” from 1 to 0

Windows 64-bit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\AVG\AWL2015\Protection
Change value “Enabled” from 1 to 0
