Lat night when checking my internet security,I finished 1 section,a different AVG screen then came up telling me that there was an upgrade on AVG security,it stated briefly what it was …It then requested I put in my "e" mail address.As you already have this ,I thought it might be a scam. I eradicated the screen and returned to my Security check.

David, I suggest you to follow the same and check if it ask for email address in AVG interface.
Then, take a screenshot and attach it in this post for further explanation.
Also, I see that you have received refund for AVG Internet Security earlier, so it will downgrade to AVG Antivirus FREE.

I do not know how to fullfill your requesst.I have no record of what was sent,and dont't know how to send you a screen shot of something ,I don't have.
It was ta standard AVG Background.
