I think Web Shield is yielding a false positive when I try to access a particular site. I've tried reporting the site as a false positive via this link:
https://www.avg.com/en-us/false-positive-file-form
Whenever I click 'Submit', however, I get a message that reads:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.avg.com/en-us/false-positive-file-form" on this server.

So, I'm curious to know: how am I supposed to submit a 'false positive' report to have it investigated and potentially white-listed?

Hello John.
Thank you for your patience.
We have received a response from our senior technical team. Unfortunately, they were unable to induce the issue. The website loaded and worked fine.
I would request you to share a screenshot (https://bit.ly/2U6KmIS) of the threat detection pop up, which you received from AVG when you tried load your website. Please make sure to click 'See details' on that pop up.
Regarding the issue with loading the false detection report website, I would request you to disable AVG protection temporarily and check if you can load it. If you have any other antivirus or firewall or VPN application, please turn them off and try.
John, please accept our sincere apologies.
I have escalated this issue to our senior team. We will get back to you at the earliest possible. Appreciate your patience.
