Reporting false positives - no feedbacks

Hello everyone.
AVG solution reports our intranet web portal as URL:phishing website.
Obviously, it is a false positive: it is our official intranet website; it is for internal usage, and we've developed it ourselves...
We've already reported the website URL as false positive via the related webpage in AVG portal, it always answers that the request will be managed in 48hours, so, after a week without feedbacks and no anu updates, we repeate the request; it is now 5 weeks that the issue is still not fixed.
We even communicated our CEO personal mobile phone number and all of our Company's details in order to let AVG support authenticate our request even in an official and formal way, unfortunately no feedback was still received.
It seems there is no other way to get in touch with AVG support, so we are now trying to post this message in the community'forum.
Can anyone point us in the right direction in order to fix the false positive reporting on our intranet website?
We can provide more details if needed.
