Due to recent update with our AVG programs, we made this changes and sorry to inform you that it is not possible to install your AVG programs without AVG Zen interface for free and unlimited programs. It helps the user to view or manage all other devices. Also, the reports are not available in the latest version of AVG. Thank you for understanding!

AVG Anti Virus Free 2017 installed on my PC a couple of days ago, and the appearance is completely different to the previous version. No problem with that, but I can't find the reports of previous scans. On the old version it was easy to see your reports, but where do I find them on this new version.

It is because the consoles will now be tweaked until they become exactly like Avast and then the name and logo AVG will more and likely disappear. Both companies are good, however in my opinion AVG was better, I do not know what happened to cause AVG to sell their operation to Avast but they did as things do happen in the business world that often times goes against the best. Anyhow both companies are of same basic age, I have been with AVG since its beginnings because of their great simple approach and the great protection they gave. I have tried Avast at times and they kept me safe to, however I am not a great fan of their consoles or the way they actually do things cause they kind of have the Norton Security concept in the world of computing and that is set your securities and forget it we will do the job to keep you safe. I have found out it is not like that at all. All concerned people who use securities on their systems must monitor your securities everyday learn about all suspicious codes and keep on learning to keep yourself safe. Security consoles are great and you can keep yourself well protected by knowing what is going on and by working with your security providers like if you were on a team, this is the only way to really keep yourselves safe there is no other way. Learn your consoles use them to your advantage and when you come up against something tough call your providers and ask questions learn and you will always be successful on the net!!! To just setup PC securities and forget about it is asking for big time issues and challenges you may not be able to fix which would more and likely force you to purchase a brand new computer which you wouldnt be doing if you would have worked with your security console and your provider as a team.
