Yes that worked. Had to figure out how to get into SafeMode in Windows 10 to do it but got it done no sweat! Thanks for the answer I'll have to try and remember that for when get in this situation again since I'm going to always keep using ZoneAlarm incase the Command Line Scan's start back up which since deleted data files they haven't been scanning every few minutes.
I currently have over 7000 Reports since I have ZoneAlarm installed as well and AVG 2016 does a Command Line Scan like ever 2 or 3 minutes. And I was wondering if there is anyway to clear out my Reports section without using AVG program? Since when I click on the Reports section AVG crashes and won't close out just stays "Not Responding" until I log out of Windows 10 or restart.
