In reply to your e-mail of 3/13/18.  I bought the updated driver package yesterday and downloaded it…in trying to restore - instead I reset the computer.  I have reloaded some programs, but I don't have a lot of computer knowledge and would like help reloading the drivers package plus the other product that was lost from months ago.  Your e-mail said you could help.
