Request a refund not working and 30 day period ends tomorrow!

I was unexpectedly billed for a VPN subscription. I have only just realised and am trying to request a refund before the 30 day cancellation period ends tomorrow (15th Oct 2024). However, the 'Cancel Contract and Request a Refund' option under My Order history is not working. It just keeps directing me to start a chat with a real human. Any advice?
