I'd like to request a refund of my latest automatic renewal, but your "Request a Refund" link, directs me to a chatbot that does not initiate a refund. According to your terms, any subscription purchased within the past 30 days is eligible for a refund. Please refund order number (order number removed) and stop my subscription.
