Dear AVG provider,
I hope this letter finds you well. I have been a client of your services since 2020 and currently hold more than 20 contracts with your company, amounting to a total of over 800 euros.
I am writing to request comprehensive documentation of all my payments and the corresponding products I have received. It has come to my attention that I may have been charged multiple times for the same product. Therefore, I need to verify the transparency and security of our contracts.
Specifically, I am requesting the following:
- Detailed documentation of all payments made by me, including dates, amounts, and product descriptions.
- An explanation for the apparent duplicate charges for the same product, including a review of the transactions in question.
- Information on why there is no two-factor authentication (2FA) implemented for securing my transactions, which has resulted in duplicate charges on my credit card.
