To request a refund that was made to me today February 9, 2020 automatically of a renewal of proof of a subscription that I do not need, for the amount of $ 899 Mexican currency, likewise the cancellation of this subscription please.

If I already read the email with the details but they do not tell me anything about my refund, I do not want the product, I WANT A REFUND I want information about this, you just put me that if I wanted a refund they understood it, but no info about it.
