I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding my AVG subscription. Despite canceling my subscription, I noticed that my membership was still renewed, and a charge was made to my bank account without my consent.
I kindly request a full refund for the amount charged and confirmation that my subscription has been fully canceled. Please rectify this issue as soon as possible.
