Request for refund of unintentional purchase

Recently, on November 23rd, I have been charged $39.99. However, I don't exactly know which type of your products I was charged for. The notification sent by email was in form of spam mail, so the mailbox filtered it to the separate box and did not notify me with voice or visual signals. The App itself, also did not requested any permission for extension of trial period into subscription period. After all, I want to end the subscription and refund of charged amount.

You have been charged $39.99 for the AVG Anti-Track (1 Year) product on 23rd November 2019.
Since auto renewal was enabled for its 30 day trial that you signed up on 23rd October 2019.
Prior billing email notification was sent to the registered email address and at times, it may land on to spam or junk folders of your email account.
As per your request, we have initiated the refund for this charge and an email has been sent explaining its status.
You will get the refund amount credited within 7 business days.
