Request for refund

Hi guys,

At no point did I intentionally sign up for AVG Tune up, however you have been billing me since 2018 even though I have never used the program.

Another payment has just been charged to my paypal account and I am requesting a refund as soon as possible.

I tried using your chat for this it however does not appear to be working.
