WHAT I CAN SEE LAST YEAR 25/8/19 (RM136) AND THE LATEST 25/8/19 (RM136) AGAIN? NOW I HAVE TO TRACE BACK MY CREDIT CARD FILE TO SEE WHEN DID YOU STARTING CHARGING ME! AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN OF MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND ACTUALLY KNOWING MY CARD NUMBER I HAVE NOT ASKED FOR THIS PRODUCT.

SOME MORE I HAVE CHECKED MY EMAIL (GMAIL/YAHOO/HOTMAIL) THERE IS NO EMAIL NOTIFICATION RECEIVED OR PAYMENT RECEIPT THAT YOU SAID WE HAVE MADE THAT PAYMENT!  AND NOW I WOULD LIKE THE MONEY ALL REFUNDED YOU'VE NO RIGHT TAKING THE MONEY AND I WILL MAKE A REPORT TO THE AUTHORITY!! I WILL AWAIT YOUR REPLY BEFORE I TAKE THIS ANY FURTHER.
