Do you wish to have a refund for this order?

Can you tell us the product which you have cancelled on December 14th?

On december 14 2018 my contract has been cancelled on my request. I received a confirmation from your side that  the contract stopped on 19 january 2019.
Nevertheless I stated that on january 14 2019 you charged my bankaccount 44,99 €.
I kindly request you to refund 44,99 €.

Hello Santhosh,

I regret to inform you that did not feel advantages of AVG tuned up for a labtop which will be set out of use very shortly. Therefore I cancelled the product AVG including AVG protection.

I hope this information will allow you to refund te amount of 44.99 €
