This is absolute BULL, my account was debited with an amount for some subscription I didn’t authorized. I can’t get through to anybody, no contact details for anyone . Please I need a refund ASAP.

Where in AVG can I see what the AGAP charge is ?
I’m having the same problem; I’m just being sent around in circles, from one side to the other. I tried to contact the company via PayPal regarding buyer protection. No response from AVG/Avast. I’ve blocked everything, but that only applies for next year. I would like to cancel this subscription and get my money back as promised.
