Request refund of auto.renewal

Yesterday I received notification of automatic renewal being charged to my bank. I did not ask for a renewal nor did I receive notification prior to this. Please refund and cancel any automatic actions for me in the future.

Let me explain this clearly. When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. You will receive an email regarding the automatic extension of AVG subscription before 45 days and will be billed 15 days before the product expires.

Please visit https://support.avg.com/RefundForm and fill in the refund form to submit it. Upon successful submission, our refund team will initiate your request and get back to you via email.

This is the exact same thing that happened to me. I'd like to cancel automatic actions for me in the future as well and a full refund please, thank you.
