Request to Unblock Website

We received a report from a customer indicating that they were unable to access our website. The error message referenced a “Threat category: URL Blacklist,” which understandably caused concern. Our team and hosting provider immediately began a thorough investigation to identify and resolve the issue. We discovered a problem with a newly installed third-party module/extension, which has since been corrected. We have also conducted a comprehensive review of our server.

We attempted to use the “Report False Positive” form, but we did not see any success message after clicking the submit button, nor did we receive a confirmation email indicating that our message was received.

Please address this as soon as possible, as the issue is significantly impacting our business. We would greatly appreciate it if you could review our site and remove it from the blacklist.

The reported URL was manually checked, and based on the findings, the detection was removed. The website is now marked as clean in the AVG virus database. This change may take up to 1 hour to take full effect. Please accept my apology for the inconvenience.

If the detection persists after 1 hour, please update the AVG virus database and try again.
