Hi,
I have recently been automatically billed for a subscription renewal and would like to request a refund as I no longer use the product. I received the notification of renewal and attempted to use the 'my subscriptions' page to unsubscribe before being billed however the unsubscription button didn't work, and I have still had my subscription renewed, and my credit card billed. Could you please cancel the subscription and refund me for the product?
