We request you to contact your PayPal and request them to remove the Chargeback. Once this has been removed, please reply to the email you received so that we can process the refund for this order.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do if you failed to clear the Chargeback status from PayPal. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that you have experienced.

I have not received any reply to my request to refund the amount deducted by the
avg people as I had not ordered it. I made the request Last November 7th. Request No 07452423
I am disappointed with the holdup. You deducted an amount from my Paypal account without authorisation
