Requested refund of subscription

We acknowledge your refund request.
I see you have been charged for auto renewal of AVG Internet Security.

This order was placed because you agreed to automatic extensions of your Subscription Period when you originally purchased your AVG product. Information about your subscription, including instructions on how to unsubscribe from future renewals, are included in all order confirmation emails. We also send a notice by email before the charge takes place (except for monthly subscriptions).

When your subscription is extended, we send an additional order confirmation email. This also contained information on how to unsubscribe.

Anyway, I have initiated the refund.
The refund will be returned to the payment method used to make your purchase within 5 business days.

AVG has billed me for 10 devices whereas I use only one device.  Hence requested refund of the excess amount billed.  Billed for INR. 2441 (2068 + tax).  This is simply not acceptable and refund has been requested.
