On checking your account, we could see that you have been charged for the renewal of AVG Ultimate (1 year subscription) on 2019.5.2.
We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.
We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.
Can we proceed with the refund?
I was shocked to see AVG had taken money from my expired credit card, it was unauthorized, I uninstalled not long after buying anti virus. I've since cancelled my renewal & emailed them on consumer affairs site, still waiting for a reply, I've asked for a refund yesterday on chat, they said they would get back to me asap. Is this something I will need to constantly chase up & fight to get back?
