With my "AVG free" app it worked perfectly fine, but with "AVG pro" I get no remote connection to my phone. The app has all rights (inkl. device admin).

Open AVG Anti-virus app/AVG Cleaner app.
Tap on drawer.
Click on Help and support-> Contact support and fill the form.
"We are unable to connect to your device" is the only answer I get when I request location on any of my family's android devices. They all have gps enabled, and "last location" is always set to our home location when checking in my.avg.com, timestamps are often several days old.
Could it have something to do with the fact that the telephone number is missing in my.avg.com settings and can't be saved if added?
I have the paid avg anti-virus/anti-theft service for unlimited devices.
