Requesting refund

Request for refund. I responded to an ad saying get a discounted price for renewing account early. I responded. The process led me to a place to download the software. I already have the software and four more months on my current account. I started trying to cancel my order but the only option available said my account would be closed immediately. I would like to get the four more months i have already paid for. As a result of this confusion, I checked a local computer store to find out if they sell your product. I discovered they sell the product for $100 less than the discounted price you charged me this morning.

I am a long term user of AVG and have recommended it to others in the past but no more. I just want to cancel todays order, get a refund (I never downloaded), and get the four months I have already paid for.
