I am having the same problem as Jeffrey. If I am not refunded for the second subscription, and it appears from a message that I saw that I am not receiving protection on my computer, I had better get a refund or I will be contacting the state of Maryland about pursuing fraud charges!

Hello AVG, I'm requesting a refund for your software subscription; it seems I'm being billed multiple times (double or more) for some items over the past year via PayPal; please look into these duplicates and let me know if I'm being billed too much! No issues with the AVG software, it just seems like I'm being overcharged. Please help!

Please help me with my refund; I'd like to continue to use the software suite in good trust.
