You have charged me INDIVIDUALLY for Totalblock and various versions of AVG IN ADDITION to their total cost made to FSPRG.NI
My Wife - rather understandably - went mental at this, not least because I am a home user [with an interest in photography].
I've been offered half of the individual parts but WHY am I being charged for the whole collection!?
