Also experienced the same issue with ISOLINUX 6.0

Managed to find an older version of the RescueCD on afterdawn.com (120.120823) that uses ISOLINUX4. It works. Definitely think there is an issue with the latest ISOLINUX6.0 bundle running on older hardware?

WinXP on Dell Dimension E310 > SATA HDD

It might be caused by small amount of RAM (512MB or lower).
