Resetting of password

May 4, 2020- I tried to sign on to my account and was told that I had entered a invalid password. I tried to reset my password only to be told I needed to know the old/current password that I had forgotten and could not enter. I entered my new password and still the system would not take the new password because I did not enter my old/current password. I can not sign into my AVG account to complete download of a new program that I purchased and was charged $51.70.
How, can I get a new sign on password with the old forgotten one being entered first?
