Some how my wife's computer has had the password to access the user interface turned on. We have AVG Ultimate and she does not recall setting it on or what the password may be. She has tried those which she thought might be it without luck. When she tries to click on the "Forgot Password?" link, nothing happens. This is not the password for our account, that still works fine, it is the password to allow her to look at or adjust any of the functions. We appreciate any advice on this. I have been wondering if the uninstall function has a repair installation function that may reset the password. Thanks in advance.

However, performing a clear reinstallation of your AVG Internet Security will remove the Interface password setting.
