I have Avg Free 2014 , Resident Sheild shows component not active, uninstalled Avg sevral times , & reinstalled but to no avail. Shows it is Enabled but won't stay active whats the issue? Wanted to attach the Avg Sys info file that I ran but can't open it to copy & paste it nor can't seem how to attach it to this post any Hints???
