I recently had to do a factory reset on my computer. I had avg installed at the time. After the reset, i had to reinstall it because my computer doesnt come with its own antivirus. I hadn't changed anything really, my computer normally stays the same just a lot of apps and photos. I was told resident sheild shows up because of another antivirus, but my computer only has AVG. I am a little confused as to why it has it. Any other ideas?
