Recent update of avg free 2011 failed. Tried updating again. Ended up with avg zen which failed to complete probably due to componenet of avg 2011 still on system. Used removal tool and installed free version again. avg now reporting that Resident Shield component is not active. Fix it button does not seem to sort this out. Any help gratefully received. Phil
