I have just installed the AVG 2016 with AVG zen after resolving a previous issue with uninstalling the older version and now since it has finished installing and had installed an update, after that it has said that the 'Resident Shield not active' and after I click on the 'Fix Now' button nothing happens.

What can i do to fix this???
