today I have try to remove avg and I have performed a new installation, but I have again the problem with resident shield witch don't work and same thing for identity protection

Have you found the issue with this I too am receiving this error message as well as the system show's that it's not activated

hello since 2 days I have the same problem. With the last upgrade some fuction doesn't run properly, I fount problem with the usb driver because some system component looks like rootkit

Hi Tiziano,

In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output using this tool (http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe).
