Sorry, confirm what?

So while I am doing Win 10 update KB 890830, the "AVG free" process "Resident Shield Service" is stressing my HDD by over 10/15 MB/s. Why is AVG Free doing this? It shouldn't do this while Win update is running.
I did so but it didn't fix it.

Hello John,
We request you to disable all the components of AVG antivirus free and check if the issue persists.
Please follow the instructions to disable AVG components.
1.Right click on the AVG icon on your taskbar.
2.You could find Disable AVG Protection option.
3.Please click Ok.
If the issue persists even after disabling AVG, it could not be the issue with your AVG Antivirus program.
Thank you.

Will try sometime soon if it persists.
