I need to cancel my contract before the automatic renewal date. This seems to have become extremely difficult, time-consuing and iffy. The answer displayed to a similar request is not too useful to others with the same complaint, as it fails to inform us what to do to get the result. Having followed all the instructions on line I have reached the "unsubscribe" box, clicked on it, and gotten zzero result or feedback. When I check my account I still see "subscribed". I have done this 14 or 15 times. Can someone help me get out of this loop?
