Resolving a risk on Android

Hi There,
AVG is finding a risk on my pixel 2, but when I press the big red resolve issue button it simply returns to the scan page

I'm not getting any details to be able to remove or disable an app, just a message stating that AVG has found 1 risk

Any help greatly appreciated

Hello Richard,

We will help you with it. I recommend you to follow the below steps and to check for the status.

1. Open AVG and Tap on 3 dot menu and choose ignore issues.

2. Then go to settings - protection - ignored issue and see if there is some result - If so, take a screenshot.

3. Then choose do not ignore and run new scan - see what will be the result - take a screenshot.
